Poor delivery service
I am shocked at the disgusting level of service received from Yodel . Ordered an item online - missed delivery, so attempted 3 times to rearrange, giving SPECIFIC times; which were blatantly ignored - causing more missed deliveries. Not one of the telephone numbers given on their site has an actual human person available to talk to you - all automated. Web chats - the computer says....... Very poor service and in future if I order online I will make sure who the delivery company is and sadly if it is Yodel - will cancel my order
